1.Is YN a coupling manufacturer?

YN Couplings is a coupling manufacturer,founded in 1998.Not only do we produce couplings,but also we are a comprehensive coupling company in designing,manufacturing and selling of couplings and spare and accessory parts.We produce kinds of unstandable couplings.At the same time,we also produce different kinds of standable coupling.The couplings are in high precision,low noise and vibration,long life and so on.They are widely used in machinery of mining, metallurgical rolling, petrochemical, hoist lifting and paper making, etc. The products are exported to Southeast Asia,Middle East,South America,Africa and have high reputation in China.We have a good reputation for our strict management and best quality.We promise thatwe provide good products and best service to our customers.

 

2.What is the coupling and Coupling Types?

Shaft couplings are parts to connect the sets of axis and to transfer movement and angular force of mech-anical products. They are widely used for machinery of mining, metallurgical rolling, petrochemical, hoist lifting and paper making, etc. They are classified into types of mechanical, hydraulic and electromagnetic.Mechanical type is the most common one. It is classified into rigid type, flexible type and safe type according to Standard GB12458.
Rigid type couplings have the main functions of connection and transmission, such as flanged type, sleeve type and clamping type. Flexible type couplings have the main functions of connection, transmission, buffering and compensation, such as gear type, membrane type, chain type, universal type and non-metal flexible type. Safe couplings have functions not only as above mentioned, but also overload protection, such as ball type, friction type and pin connected type.
The main functions of shaft couplings are connection between two drive shafts, transmission of angular fo-rce,buffering and shock absorption, compensation for deviation of axial alignment.
Our factory produces the follwing types of shaft couplings:
1. Universal couplings, such as SWP, SWC, SWZ and SWL.
2. Universal Joints, such as SWL200,SWL250,SWL315,SWL440,SWP285,SWB80192,SWC350,SWC315,SWC350 and U-joint
with 4 wing bearings
3. Gear type couplings, such as GIICL, GIICLZ, WG, WGT, WGP,GICL, GICLZ, CL, CLZ, and WGL.
4. Non-metal flexible component type couplings, such as TL,TLL, HL,HLL,and ML.
5.Other types of couplings such as JMI,JMII,JMIJ and JMIIJ.

 

3.How to select couplings?

Generally, We choose the size of universal shaft according to transmission torque, beaning life and critical revolution speed. sometimes it is necessary to check the maximum revolution speed.
