Model GCLD drum gear coupling is suitable for connecting two horizontal axis transmission shaft system, having a certain compensatory performance for the relative offset of two shafts,the transfer nominal torque is 1120~50000 N.m,The coupling is one of the most commonly used coupling,Yn coupling is a specialized manufacturer of various drum gear coupling,The classifications are as below:

Coupling Capacity :
1) Transfer nominal torque Tn=1000~6300 KN. m
2) Allowable Speed N= 3750-4000 r/min

Note:
1. The moment of inertia and the weight include the shaft extension
2. e is the dimension needed for replacing the seal.
3. The shaft hole diameters with bracket are not used when new design is conducted.
The shaft hole and keyway types and dimensions of model GCLD drum gear coupling shall comply with the stipulations in GB 3852-83 "Shaft hole and keyway types and dimensions of coupling". The keyway types have type A, B, C, D, the shaft hole combination has Y/J1, Z1/J1, J1/J1, J1/Y, Z1/Y, total 5 kinds.
