Torque limiter is a protection device. The machine fails, it sliding way limit the transmission drive, protection equipment device. Mainly used in printing equipment, the battery industry, iron filings conveyor, conveyor production line, splitter, etc.
 Torque Limiter also known as the safety clutch, safety coupling, commonly used in the powertrain is installed in the main, between the passive side, the event of overload failure (torque exceeds a set value), torque limiter will give rise to separation, thus the effective protection of the drive machinery (such as motor, reducer, servo motors), and the load, the most common form is: friction type torque limiter as well as the ball type torque limiter.
 Torque limiter installation of structural form are: shaft - shaft, shaft - flange, shaft - belt wheel, shaft - sprocket, shaft - gear shaft - pulley and so on.
